Everything about getting your order to you


South Africa: 10-18 business days

International (USA, UK, EU, etc.): 6-12 business days

Please note these are estimated times and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.


Yes! OXGO ships worldwide. We deliver to South Africa, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and many other countries.


Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the tracking link to see your order's journey in real-time.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

We offer free shipping on orders over R500 within South Africa!


South African customers: International orders may be subject to customs duties and VAT upon arrival. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

International customers: Your country may charge import duties. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and cannot be cancelled. However, you can still return items once received.

To cancel or change your order, contact us immediately with your order number.


Absolutely. OXGO uses industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment processors. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Your payment is processed directly through secure payment gateways that are PCI DSS compliant.


First, check your spam/junk folder โ€” sometimes confirmation emails end up there.

If you still can't find it, contact us with your email address and we'll resend your confirmation.

Our hassle-free return policy


We offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items like opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.


Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


If the item is defective or incorrect: We cover return shipping costs.

If you changed your mind: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

We'll provide return shipping instructions once your return is approved.


We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.


Restock times vary by product. If an item you want is out of stock, contact us and we can notify you when it's back in stock.

Popular items are usually restocked within 2-4 weeks.
