No minimum order. No hidden fees. Every order ships free, directly to your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, Shopify will automatically send you a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery across the United States takes 6 to 12 business days. Most orders arrive within 8 to 10 days.
Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or holidays. We'll keep you updated via email if any issues arise.

Customs & Import Fees
The US customs duty threshold is $800 USD. All OXGO products are well below this amount, which means your order arrives directly to your door with zero additional fees, duties, or taxes. What you pay at checkout is all you pay.
All shipments are declared accurately and comply with US Customs regulations. You will never be charged anything extra beyond your order total.
Package Issues
Delivered but not received? Check with neighbours, household members, and all possible delivery spots — front porch, mailbox, back door. Wait 24 to 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered just before arrival. If still missing, contact us at hello@ox-go.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days at hello@ox-go.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Stuck in transit over 15 days? Contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier, expedite where possible, and send a replacement or full refund if needed.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make a change, email us immediately at hello@ox-go.com and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
